Contact seine.boats: Who to Write to for Your Question

Our address is info@seine.boats. We do not sell tickets: for a booking, a cancellation or a refund, the platform where you paid or the boat company is the one that can act.

Our email address

Write to info@seine.boats. The site has no contact form and no live chat: email is the most reliable way to reach us. You can write in English or in French. How we handle your messages is described on the privacy page.

What we can help you with

  • Reporting a mistake on a page: a departure time, a pier, a starting price, a child age band, a menu, a link that no longer works. Tell us the page and, if you have it, the link to the official source; we check before we correct.
  • Asking about something on the site: a comparison that isn't clear, an ambiguous sentence, a missing detail about a pier or a cruise.
  • Questions about our affiliate links, how the site is funded, or how we handle data and cookies.
  • Exercising your rights over your data (access, correction, deletion…): see the privacy page.
  • Requests from the press, boat companies or rights holders: correcting a listing, an intellectual property question, a takedown request.

What we cannot do

seine.boats is not a travel agency, not a ticket seller and not a boat operator. We cannot see your bookings, we have no access to any payment, and we cannot change anything on your behalf. In practice, we cannot:

  • confirm, change, cancel or refund a booking;
  • resend a ticket, a voucher or a confirmation;
  • reserve a table, a window seat or a specific departure time;
  • tell you whether a cruise is sailing today despite high water or the weather;
  • step into a dispute with a platform or a boat company.

This is not unwillingness on our part: the booking contract is between you and the platform, and the service is provided by the boat company. We are not a party to either.

A question about your booking

It all depends on where you paid.

  • Booked on GetYourGuide: go through the GetYourGuide help center (the Contact section of its website or app), with the booking reference from your confirmation email. The cancellation terms of each offer are shown on the listing and on the ticket.
  • Booked on Tiqets: the Tiqets help center handles questions about tickets, payments, changes and cancellations.
  • Booked on Headout: use the Headout help center on its website or in its app.
  • Booked directly with the company (official website, ticket window at the pier): contact the company itself.

If you no longer remember where you booked, search your inbox for whoever sent the ticket. For a practical question on the day (getting to the pier, boarding time, running late), the company that runs the boat is best placed to help: its name is usually on the ticket or on the offer's listing. Our map of the piers will at least help you find the right quay.

Before you write: answers already on the site

Many questions already have a detailed answer. To compare the platforms and their cancellation rules, see GetYourGuide, Tiqets or Headout. For prices and how open and dated tickets work, see tickets and prices. To choose your departure time, see how long it lasts and the best time to go.

What we don't do with your message

We don't add your address to a mailing list, we don't pass it on to our partners, and we use it only to reply to you.
